Job Overview

The Assistant Finance Analyst plays a pivotal role in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment. Reporting to the Finance Analyst, you will proactively oversee daily financial operations and identify opportunities for improvement.

You will collaborate closely with the finance team across multiple regions to ensure seamless management of financial accounts, databases, and systems, recommending enhancements as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and be a confident communicator. They must be able to hit the ground running and work independently, driving results in a fast-paced setting.

  • Ensure accurate transaction recording in compliance with local accounting regulations
  • Support the Finance Analyst in maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers
  • Perform bank account reconciliations
  • Collaborate with the finance team to execute month-end and year-end procedures, meeting all group reporting deadlines
  • Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliation
  • Work closely with the commercial team to maintain the subscriptions database, ensuring timely revenue recognition and customer invoicing
  • Update daily cash flow schedules
  • Develop and implement innovative ideas to optimize financial processes
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc projects within the finance team
