Key Responsibilities

The role of Operations Compliance Manager is pivotal in shaping the future of adult learning. This position will oversee the operational side of adult learning programs, managing data, reporting, and system administration to ensure smooth administrative, financial, and learner systems.

About the Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operational tasks, learner systems, and reporting to support program delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ASQA Standards, VET Quality Framework, Skills First contracts, and Victorian VET Student Statistical Collection Guidelines
  • Implement and refine policies and procedures to meet regulatory obligations
  • Support audits, regulatory reporting, and system updates

This role offers flexibility, allowing full-time or part-time work with remote working options. The successful candidate will directly support high-quality accredited programs and contribute to the success of students and the broader team.

About You
  • Proven experience in an RTO, with strong knowledge of ASQA Standards, VET Quality Framework, and funding contract management (e.g., Skills First)
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures
  • Strong operational knowledge of RTO systems (e.g., SVTS, Epsilon, ADMs, VETtrak) and experience managing administrative, financial, and data systems efficiently
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
