About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Manager to oversee clinical care delivery in Bendigo, ensuring alignment with Quality Standards.

This leadership position involves working collaboratively with senior team members, including a Residential Service Manager and Clinical Care Coordinator, and supported by a Quality and Education Partner.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving excellence in care provision
  • Clinical oversight of the home
  • Auditing, gap analysis and implementing continuous improvement plans
  • Preparing for accreditation
  • Clinical case conferences

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse (RN) 1 with no restrictions
  • At least one year of Australian nursing experience
  • Previous experience as a CCM in residential aged care in a large facility
  • Full working rights

Key Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge of accreditation processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Internal auditing
  • Complex care management - wounds, palliative care, responsive behaviour management plans
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Care Manager or coordinator

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • ACIPC Infection Control Certificate
  • Previous experience working through an accreditation process
  • Post graduate qualifications in dementia, palliative care, advanced nursing practice
