Festive Season Customer Service Ambassadors

We are seeking friendly and approachable team members to join our seasonal customer service team during the festive season.

The role involves creating positive experiences for our customers across various services, including car park, concierge, and valet operations at Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand.

As a Services Ambassador, you will play a key role in enhancing our customers' visits by delivering exceptional service, assisting with directions, and providing helpful solutions.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and support to ensure a seamless experience
  • Greeting and assisting customers with queries and concerns
  • Managing traffic flow and supporting car park operations during peak periods
  • Operating a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational support

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be always ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer experience
  • Feel confident working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Hold a provisional or full driver's licence (Manual or Auto) to operate a company buggy
  • Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)

This is a seasonal casual opportunity that offers a chance to be part of the festive season at Westfield destinations.
