Seasonal Team Members

We are seeking motivated team members to join our seasonal workforce, creating positive experiences for customers during the busiest time of the year.

This is a temporary role that offers a unique opportunity to be part of the festive season across various destinations. The role typically runs from September to January/February.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support to retailers
  • Greeting and assisting customers with directions and helpful solutions to enhance their visit
  • Managing traffic flow and supporting car park operations during peak periods
  • Operating a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational assistance

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in creating seamless and memorable moments for our customers, leaving them with a lasting impression that encourages repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Always strive to exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service
  • Feel confident handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Manual or Auto) to operate a company vehicle
  • Be available for shifts during the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
