Festive Season Concierge Team Members

We're hiring across our Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand to support our car park, concierge and valet services during the busiest and most exciting time of the year.

This is a seasonal casual role offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations. You'll be working closely with your colleagues to deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers.

Key responsibilities include delivering directions, information and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience, welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs.

Requirements:
  • You will be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • You should feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
