We are seeking an exceptional leader to head our Design Team.

About the Role:

As a key member of our Strategic Design & Customer Journeys team, you will lead a group of designers in delivering outstanding customer experiences across all business units.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a team of designers
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to define opportunities that deliver customer and commercial outcomes
  • Influence decision-making processes to put customers at the heart of strategy

You will work closely with the wider team, stakeholders, and delivery teams to drive human-centred design methodologies and deliver end-to-end Customer Journeys and Service Blueprints.

Key Qualifications:
  • 10+ years experience driving excellence in customer research and human-centered design
  • Experience managing teams and providing design leadership
  • Practical expertise in the human-centered process and applied research methods
