About the Role

We're seeking an Experience Designer to reimagine how members engage across digital and non-digital channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that drive real impact.

In this role, you'll uncover insights through research and data, map current journeys, and co-design future experiences that are human-centred and business-smart.

Day-to-day, you'll run workshops, prototype solutions, and advocate for member needs across the organisation. You'll help shape service design standards, track project progress, and bring ideas to life through storytelling and visualisation.

We're looking for a passionate experience designer with around 2 years' experience, ideally in a consulting or corporate environment. You bring a strong grasp of human-centred design and design thinking, and you know how to turn data and insights into meaningful solutions.

You're organised, collaborative, and comfortable working in Agile or Lean environments. With great communication skills and a can-do attitude, you know how to influence stakeholders and keep member needs front and centre.
