Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Researcher to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Experimental Psychology, Design Research, Human Factors, Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of applied experience conducting user research is required, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and designing effective user research studies to gather insights and inform design decisions.

Key responsibilities include conducting qualitative research methods, analyzing and reporting research findings, and presenting complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The successful candidate will also have strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree in Experimental Psychology, Design Research, Human Factors, Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, or a related field
  • Experience: At least 3 years of applied experience conducting user research
  • Research Methods: Usability testing, moderated interviews, concept evaluation, surveys, literature reviews, diary studies, user interviews, and surveys
  • Analysis and Reporting: Strong analytical skills, ability to manage and analyze quantitative and qualitative datasets, create effective visualizations using tools like Google Sheets, R, and Python
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to present complex research findings to technical and non-technical audiences
