Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to complete their student placement as a Disability Support Practitioner with our organization. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in a residential service and make a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, and household tasks. They will also work closely with a team of experienced disability support workers to ensure high-quality care and support for our customers.

Requirements
  • A certificate IV in disability through a recognized RTO or university
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
  • Initiative and self-motivation
  • A positive and professional approach
