Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled leader to fill the Nightfill Manager role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading their department and fostering a connected, flexible and high performing team committed to serving customers and communities.

The Department Manager position is a critical step in your career journey, providing you with the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and department capabilities.

You will be supported by our Store Leadership Pathway, which provides foundational skills through purposeful exposure, experience and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your department to deliver carton rate and drive availability to ensure customers have what they need while prioritising sustainability commitments through recycling.
  • Engage and role model ways to delight customers through Everyday ACTs - Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
  • Make safety a top priority for team and customers by ensuring correct processes are followed in store.
  • Work well with others through collaboration to achieve great outcomes and grow knowledge.
