Financial services are critical to the success of our clients and we are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team on the Sunshine Coast.

About the Role:
  • Client relationship management across a diverse portfolio is key to this position, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our valued clients.
  • The successful candidate will review and finalise compliance work prepared by the offshore team, exercising professional judgement to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Mentorship and support of junior staff is essential in this role, driving career development and growth within our organisation.
  • Strategic tax advice will be provided through leading client meetings and identifying opportunities for value-add services.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • A Chartered Accountant/ Certified Public Accountant (CA/CPA) qualification or willingness to undertake is required.
  • Proven experience in a public practice environment with a strong focus on client management and advisory services is essential.
  • The ability to review and provide constructive feedback to junior staff is crucial in this role, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Skilled professionals with expertise in Xero and cloud-based systems are highly sought after in this field.
