Corporate Governance & Executive Support Specialist

Janus Electric is an ASX-listed (JNS) company based on the Central Coast of NSW (1.5 hours north of Sydney) and is focused principally on converting diesel trucks to electric using its patented battery-swap system. Its business model encompasses truck conversions, Battery, and energy-as-a-service. This comprehensive approach provides an electric solution tailored for fleet operators seeking sustainable and cost-effective alternatives in heavy-duty transportation.

We are seeking an accomplished and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to provide financial leadership and stewardship at this pivotal stage of growth. Reporting to the CEO and Board, the CFO will ensure financial rigour, operational efficiency, and strategic oversight, supporting growth initiatives in a small-cap, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead finance, administration, and risk management functions, ensuring robust controls and governance
  • Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and maintain full regulatory compliance
  • Oversee investor relations, capital raising, and engagement with analysts
  • Advise the Board and executive team on strategy, business development, and operational performance
  • Drive financial planning and analysis to support business growth and innovation
