Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations
  • Be a role model for our standards and behaviors consistent with our values and culture
  • Assist in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences
  • Contribute to hiring new team members and onboarding them
  • Manage staff performance reviews, rostering, and daily cleaning tasks
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met
Requirements:
  • Previous shift supervisor experience preferred
  • Passion for humanitarian values and creating a positive culture within the restaurant
  • Ability to speak clearly, listen attentively, and maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Capacity to multitask, adapt to changing customer levels, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
