About the Role:

The successful Executive Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading business development, work winning, BIDs & tenders, strategy, growth & financial performance. This strategic leadership position requires someone with a strong focus on business development and industry engagement to take the business unit to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve financial performance
  • Lead business development, work winning, BIDs & tenders, and strategy initiatives
  • Manage estimating and contracts, ensuring accurate financial projections
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the market
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, with 5-10 years of practical business management experience
  • Certificate in Horticulture or horticulture/landscaping industry experience essential
  • Proven experience in B2B sales in landscaping/horticulture

  • Well-developed computer/IT skills and capability
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
