We are seeking a skilled Professional to contribute to the success of our organization. As a Contract Services Specialist, you will play a critical part in ensuring the resource sector operates efficiently.

The successful candidate will deliver world-class facility management solutions for multiple clients, focusing on commercial and contract services. This includes defining project scopes, planning, estimating, and managing costs and schedule performance.

You will provide quantity surveying and contract administration services, manage upstream and downstream contract variations and commercial claims, and support weekly, monthly, and annual performance reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to project scope definition, planning, estimation, and cost management
  • Provide support to Clients through standardized Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration services
  • Manage contract variations and commercial claims
  • Support weekly, monthly, and annual performance reporting
  • Assist with End of Month accounts and billing within allocated budgets

Requirements include demonstrated experience in tender and contract administration, high-level financial acumen, and strong communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with knowledge or experience in contract administration and contract management.
