Digital and CRM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and CRM Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing our digital and CRM strategies, managing website performance, overseeing CRM campaigns, optimising digital journeys, and ensuring our brand message connects with customers and dealers alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage agencies to deliver SEO, SEM, CRO, and user experience improvements to enhance our online presence.
  • Conduct regular analytics reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions to optimise performance.
  • Coordinate updates across product, aftersales, and finance teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date brochures, pricing, configurators, and stock search information to support sales and customer service efforts.
  • Lead campaign activity across email and social channels to engage customers and promote our brand.
  • Partner with Area Sales Managers and dealers to improve lead response and conversion rates.
  • Develop integrated social media strategies in partnership with agencies to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences.
  • Oversee ambassadors, influencers, and content partnerships to enhance our brand reputation and credibility.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of our digital and CRM initiatives.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (desired).
  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, CRM, or agency-side roles.
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
  • Experience managing agencies and campaign execution end-to-end.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
