Construction Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Building Project Manager to assist in delivering various commercial building projects in the Adelaide region.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee all onsite construction operations and lead a high performing team in delivering successful, on time project outcomes for clients while maintaining a safe working environment.
You will be responsible for directing site resources and monitoring their effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
- Monitor construction programs and completion dates.
- Evaluate subcontract work with subcontractors before they leave the site.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- A current Builder - medium rise QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is preferred.
- University or tertiary qualifications in construction are required.
- Thorough knowledge of drawings, specifications, safety, and quality requirements for onsite and offsite activities.
- A current drivers licence is necessary.
