We have extensive experience across key sectors including healthcare, defence, education, commercial offices, pharmaceuticals, refrigeration, retail, central plant refurbishments and Greenstar/NABERS rated buildings.

The Opportunity

Driven by strong internal growth and a robust pipeline of upcoming projects, we are seeking a senior leader to support the Managing Director and lead our construction operations.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading a team of experienced professionals, overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment across departments, and driving successful outcomes on time, within scope.

About You

Demonstrated experience leading high-performing construction teams.

Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Strong leadership style that is hands-on, humble, and supportive.

Experience in conflict resolution with internal teams and clients.

Solid understanding of project financials and previous exposure to financial management.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide operational support to the MD in day-to-day business operation.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage the construction team.
  3. Ensure effective allocation and utilisation of resources across projects.
  4. Champion continuous improvement through process development and innovation.
  5. Oversee project planning and ensure accountability for execution.
  6. Support project managers in driving timelines, procurement, and delivery.
  7. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  8. Act as the escalation point for high-level client issues, supporting the commercial and project teams.
