Handyperson Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity working up to 5 days per week (38 hours).

Job Description:

This role involves performing day-to-day upkeep, landscaping, repairs, and maintenance of our premises. Responsibilities include ensuring all maintenance activities comply with quality, workplace health, safety, and environment systems, policies, and procedures.

  • Performing a wide range of tasks, including gardening/landscaping, minor electrical work, minor carpentry, etc.
  • Communicating directly with tradespersons, vendors, or contractors and following up as needed.
  • Executing preventative maintenance activities according to schedule.
  • Responding promptly to calls for assistance and communicating actions taken.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience in maintenance tasks.
  • Availability to work a 7-day roster, including some evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late finishes (up to 7:00pm).
  • Full Australian working rights (no sponsorships available).
  • Adhering to Work Health & Safety procedures at all times.
