Job Summary:

DP World is seeking a skilled Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the Engineering department.

This position involves providing clerical and administrative support, ensuring optimal customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills, who thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents.
  • Manage procurement and financial processes, including raising PRs/POs and managing invoicing.
  • Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance and major repairs.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Maintain and update maintenance records and asset tracking.
  • Monitor and validate utility usage to support cost control and sustainability goals.
  • Assist with inventory control and stocktakes by managing data entry and collaborating with Stores personnel.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in planning/scheduling coordination.
  • Trade-related background preferred.
  • Proficient in using systems such as Maximo and Oracle.
  • Advanced computer literacy with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and produce accurate reports.
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional approach to customer service.
