At ServiceNow, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way organizations work. As a member of our Partner Solution Consulting ANZ team, you'll play a critical role in driving our future success by supporting key partners and driving their sourced business with ServiceNow across all workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and position product-specific solutions for partners during sales cycles to drive quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Support partners as a technical and domain expert of the ServiceNow platform and solutions.
  • Lead discovery workshops to help partners determine customers' challenges and provide product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs.
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from partners and ServiceNow colleagues.
  • Guide strategic programs in the partner, including key customer accounts.
  • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and guide additional value.
  • Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Experience as a vendor working with partners or as a partner.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Partner management skills, including pipeline building and working with wider Sales counterparts to promote execution excellence.
  • Willingness to travel, as necessary.
