We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Account Growth Professional.
About the Role- Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and escalations.
- Collaborate with Market Managers to develop and implement strategic plans for customer growth and retention.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across multiple teams.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with account management and case management is highly desirable.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business operations and market trends.
- Motivated self-starter with a solutions-focused mindset and a passion for delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
