Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and driven individual to fill the role of Master Data Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity exists for all products in our network, while actively supporting merchandising requirements.

The role requires building excellent working relationships with multiple internal customers and interfaces directly with departments that support trade business. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining agreements by vendors, managing data, product extensions and sourcing, report maintenance, investigating blocked invoices and follow up on Safety Data Sheets with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation and maintenance of vendor agreements
  • Managing master data including creation, updates and discontinuation
  • Product extensions and sourcing
  • Maintenance of reports
  • Investigation and resolution of blocked invoices
  • Collaboration with sustainability team for safety data sheet compliance
