Infrastructure Project Coordinator

This role is part of a diverse and inclusive workforce building a major infrastructure development in Melbourne, Australia.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the Red Line Mark-up (RLM) process for WPC design packages.
- Own the Master Drawing Register and As-Built Management Plan.
- Track and monitor drawing status throughout the design process.
- Facilitate internal meetings with Digital Engineering, Drafters & Document Control to discuss RLMs.
- Run interface meetings with stakeholders to discuss As-Built progress and resolve comments.
- Provide reports on RLM progress to stakeholders.
Key Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD or similar software.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized and able to work effectively in a team environment.
