Job Description:

As a Lead Educator - Early Childhood Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional educational programs and care to our children, while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. Your key accountabilities will include ensuring child safety and welfare at all times, delivering high-quality education and care, and building trusting relationships with each child.

You will also be required to interact with each child in a warm and responsive way, facilitate learning environments that support the acquisition of skills for life and learning, and provide ongoing input for documentation associated with Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) requirements.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organization (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications), minimum two years full-time relevant work experience, and a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.

Skill Requirements:
