About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Spare Parts CSO to join our Central Parts Division at Hornsby.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting with parts interpretation on branch and dealer enquiries
  2. General administration, customer support and housekeeping
  3. Assisting with order processing and warehouse stock audits
  4. Counter & telephone sales and e-commerce

What You Will Need:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in machinery or automotive spare parts interpreting, sales and customer service
  • Mechanical aptitude / Knowledge of machinery used in the Construction, Material Handling or Agricultural industries
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
