About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Spare Parts Trainee to join our team at Clark Equipment in Hornsby. As a Spare Parts Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and achieving our goals of excellent customer support and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and processing dealer parts enquiries
  • Processing of customer orders and liaising with other teams
  • Assisting other Central Parts Division team members
  • Contributing towards a positive customer experience through proactive communication
Requirements
  • Good communication skills
  • Capacity to enjoy a customer/network support role while helping your team achieve its goals
  • Interest in equipment, enabling you to develop the skills needed to support internal and external customers
  • Passion for finding solutions for customers
