About the Spare Parts Trainee Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our spare parts team at Clark Equipment. Located at our head office in Hornsby, the successful candidate will assist in achieving our goals of excellent customer support and growth.

The position will provide exposure to all products in the Clark Equipment range, offering variety and a full understanding of our aftermarket business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing dealer parts enquiries
  • Processing of customer orders and liaising with other teams
  • Assisting other Central Parts Division team members
  • Contributing towards a positive customer experience through proactive communication

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Capacity to enjoy a customer/network support role while helping your team achieve its goals
  • Interest in equipment, enabling you to develop the skills needed to support internal and external customers
  • Passion for finding solutions for customers

What We're Looking For

An enthusiastic high school graduate wanting a career in the equipment industry or someone with experience on the tools wanting to move into spare parts support could thrive in this role. Remuneration commensurate with experience.
