Job Title: Customer Service Officer - Spare Parts Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team in the Central Parts Division at Hornsby.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with parts interpretation on branch and dealer enquiries, general administration, customer support and housekeeping, assisting with order processing and warehouse stock audits, and counter & telephone sales and e-commerce.
Benefits:
On the job training to become familiar with tools used to support a variety of products/brands, on-site parking & close to public transport, and working as part of a friendly team.
Requirements:
Experience in machinery or automotive spare parts interpreting, sales and customer service, mechanical aptitude / knowledge of machinery used in the Construction, Material Handling or Agricultural industries, computer literacy, and ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment.
