As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning and analysis (FP&A) services across multiple regions. Your key responsibilities will include leading and coordinating the FP&A function, preparing and analyzing budgets and forecasts, and providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
You will partner with finance, IT, and people shared services teams to manage cost center budgets and forecasts. You will also develop and maintain financial models to track cost allocation and service delivery efficiency. Additionally, you will support process improvement initiatives to enhance financial transparency and performance tracking.
In this role, you will deliver regular sales analysis, pricing reviews, and margin analysis to support group commercial reporting. You will also prepare and maintain commercial P&L statements, KPI dashboards, and KPI metrics.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, preferably with a CPA or CA qualification. You will also require a minimum of 5+ years of experience in standalone FP&A, commercial finance, or similar analytical finance roles. Extensive evidence of successful business partnering, stakeholder management, and FP&A-related duties is essential.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a global business and supporting global stakeholders. You will also need a proven track record in commercial analysis, including sales analysis, pricing reviews, and commercial P&L preparation. Experience leading data analytics and reporting improvements, including automation and dashboarding, is highly desirable.
