Job Overview

PolyNovo is a medical technology company with a presence in 46 countries and a staff of over 300. We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting across multiple regions and corporate shared services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the financial planning and analysis function for UK, EMEA, and India markets.
  • Prepare and present budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance results to regional leadership teams.
  • Support commercial leaders in preparation of periodic business reviews.
  • Provide variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • Partner with finance, IT, and people shared services teams to manage cost center budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to track cost allocation and service delivery efficiency.
  • Deliver regular sales analysis, pricing reviews, and margin analysis to support group commercial reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain commercial P&L statements, KPI dashboards, and KPI metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in standalone FP&A, commercial finance, or similar analytical finance roles.
  • Extensive evidence of successful business partnering, stakeholder management, and FP&A related duties.
  • Experience working in a global business and supporting global stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in commercial analysis (sales analysis, pricing reviews, commercial P&L preparation).
  • Experience leading data analytics and reporting improvements, including automation and dashboarding.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence non-finance audiences.
