Job Title: Assistant Director - Frontline Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic leader who can undertake essential leadership roles and ensure delivery of all priorities within their work area. The ideal candidate will lead dynamic teams, encourage staff engagement, guide capability growth, and support positive change management while driving operational excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead dynamic teams in a rostered or scheduled client contact centre environment.
  • Encourage staff engagement, guide capability growth, and support positive change management.
  • Provide technical guidance or advice to clients and staff to assist in resolving complex or sensitive issues.
  • Deliver contract management activities, including outsource contracts for labour, print, and postal services.
  • Lead, coordinate, and monitor various work/case management activities, provide advice, and recommendations to solve complex workforce and workload issues.
  • Work with business partners to understand business requirements and facilitate the delivery of quality services to the community.
  • Develop and maintain planning processes to support continuous improvement and guide informed decision-making.
