If so, we have an exciting opportunity for youAs the Assistant Director at Goodstart, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.
In This Role, You Will: Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide About Goodstart Burton: Goodstart Burton is a purpose-built, 84-place centre offering care for children from six weeks to school age, with four nurturing rooms designed to support each developmental stage.
The centre provides a play-based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework Strong community connections, with a focus on inclusive practices and partnerships with local services and families.
Dedicated and experienced team of educators passionate about early childhood development and long-term educator retention.
