About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at a renowned venue in McLaren Vale. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will assist in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes that showcase our commitment to using house-made and locally sourced ingredients. You will also play a key role in managing health and safety protocols and supporting junior team members.
