Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Service Operations: Manage the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have adequate stock levels to meet our needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food is prepared and presented to our high standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and adhere to our health and safety policies and procedures.
