Job Role:

As a Roster Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of attendant care services. This is an opportunity to work with a highly organized and detail-oriented team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex schedules, coordinating with staff and clients, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Develop and maintain accurate staff rosters to cover all shifts and appointments.
  • Act as the main contact for staff, clients, and stakeholders regarding scheduling inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff hours, shifts, and roster adjustments using rostering software.
  • Evaluate and implement solutions to minimize service disruptions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in scheduling/rostering in an administrative capacity.
  • Experience with rostering software.
  • Knowledge of Disability Services and Support plans.
  • Demonstrated empathy and caring attitude.
  • Valid NDIS check.
  • Fully COVID vaccinated.
  • Right to work in Australia.
