Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Front Office Receptionist.

  • Deliver exceptional guest service, upholding a high standard of hospitality at all times.
  • Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs using the park booking system to manage reservations and accounts.
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness, providing guests with information on property features and local attractions.
  • Carry out day-to-day office administration tasks, maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, residents, and guests.

This key front desk position involves delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will possess previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry and have proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking Systems.

  • Previous Front Office experience in the hospitality sector.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional Guest experiences.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
