Job Description:

This role is focused on providing administrative support and coordinating activities to monitor and improve the quality of online systems and services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing evaluation strategies for program alignment and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with teams and service providers to resolve issues
  • Assisting in research, analysis, and coordination for business reporting and strategic planning
  • Supporting stakeholder advisory group activities and updating user guides
  • Assisting in developing business requirements and coordinating change management activities
  • Conducting research on emerging trends in online delivery
  • Implementing technical improvements based on consumer feedback
  • Coordinating preparation of promotional material and liaising with graphic designers
  • Sourcing promotional items and assisting in award submissions
