About the Role:

The Department of Premier and Cabinet is seeking a highly skilled System Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level customer support and advice on the use of Enterprise Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert guidance on EDRMS usage, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhanced workflow.
  • Collaborate with the EDRMS Team to refine ministerial and departmental correspondence solutions, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on EDRMS, including correspondence processes and records management requirements.
  • Support Senior Information Management EDRMS Officer in coordinating the Correspondence Team, fostering effective communication and cooperation.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on system-related reviews and audits, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of records, information management, and correspondence policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Participate in the department's Performance Management Program, embracing ongoing learning and growth.
  • Be flexible and willing to work outside regular hours when required, demonstrating adaptability and commitment.
  • Pass a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, upholding high standards of integrity.
  • Join a roster working 8:00am to 5:00pm, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
