Administrative Support Specialist

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to our team in ensuring the delivery of high-quality online systems and services. Your role will involve coordinating activities to monitor and improve the quality of these systems, as well as planning and implementing evaluation strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure program alignment and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform business reporting and strategic planning initiatives
  • Support stakeholder advisory group activities and update user guides to ensure effective communication
  • Assist in developing business requirements and coordinating change management activities to drive organizational improvements
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in online delivery and implement technical improvements based on consumer feedback
  • Coordinate the preparation of promotional materials and liaise with graphic designers to ensure a strong visual brand presence
