We're seeking an experienced Learning Designer and Facilitator to join our People & Culture team. As part of this new role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning content and structured learning pathways to support the capability development of our people.

An immediate priority is the development of targeted learning content and programs by role family across the company, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to support clients on our new client platform. This requires creating structured learning paths for both current and new employees, working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop high-quality learning materials.

You will partner with SMEs to design and deliver high-quality training content that aligns with business objectives. You will also facilitate training sessions directly or support delivery through a train-the-trainer model to enable knowledge transfer at scale.

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive expertise in instructional design, learning content development, and designing structured learning pathways. You should be proficient in using e-learning platforms and digital learning tools to create engaging content. Additionally, experience in LMS administration and management is highly valued.
