The primary objective of this role is to create targeted learning content and programs by role family across the company, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to support clients on our new client platform.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Design Learning Pathways: Create structured learning pathways and content to meet identified learning needs.
  • Review and Enhance Existing Content: Review existing content, transform it into structured, engaging, and interactive training modules that cater to various learning styles and formats.
  • Digital Learning Content Creation: Develop digital learning content, including micro-learning, e-learning modules, interactive materials, and videos. Manage the Learning Portal (or similar platform) to ensure content is current and available for learners to access as they progress through their learning pathway.
