As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple pharmacy development and fit-out projects across metro and regional Australia.
This includes managing internal stakeholders, contractors, budgets, timelines, compliance, and change management—ensuring every store opens on time and aligned with business goals.
- Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers from concept to completion
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets effectively
- Oversee site works, compliance, quality assurance, and risk mitigation processes
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders through regular updates and meetings
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all project stages
- Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement
- Support change adoption using structured methodologies
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
