About the Role:

This position involves assisting with project planning, coordination and execution of tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in independently managing smaller projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.

Duties for the Role:

  • Support Project Managers to develop detailed project schedules, creating detailed work plans which identify and sequence the activities required to deliver program/project outcomes, dependencies, and risks.
  • Establishing and maintaining accurate project management documents including project plans, scoping documents, budget, schedules, communication.
  • Building and maintaining strong, meaningful, and positive stakeholder engagement with consumers, clinicians, support services, internal and external service providers, other government agencies and broader stakeholder groups.
  • Develop and utilize necessary change management tools, with direction from project Managers for larger projects, or manage for smaller projects.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in planning, coordination and execution of project activities for complex projects in a healthcare setting. They should also have excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, collaboratively and concisely, to a diverse audience in a variety of formats.
