Job DescriptionWe are a supportive team dedicated to making a positive impact in people's lives by providing exceptional customer service.
The role involves working within our Customer Care Team to answer incoming calls for Workforce Australia customers across Queensland. The key duties of this role include:
- Becoming familiar with employment services offered by the organisation to support customers in achieving their goals.
- Working with on-site mentors to understand customers' individual needs and assist in progressing them to employment.
- Providing administration support and diary management to assist our service delivery teams.
- Maintaining data integrity across our systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a call centre environment, comfortable handling high volumes of calls and administrative tasks.
- Strong ability to learn and retain information from various sources.
- Excellent administrative, compliance and IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or targets, with resilience and a calm demeanor when dealing with challenging conversations.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
