**Role Summary:**

As a Groups Facilitator, you will play a key role in empowering participants with disabilities from diverse cultural backgrounds by organizing capacity building activities.

This includes facilitating ongoing activities to promote social inclusion and provide support, information, linkages and referrals to eligible participants. The successful candidate will be fluent in Karen and have experience in establishing and maintaining community groups.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate ongoing activities to promote social inclusion and provide support, information, linkages and referral to eligible participants.
  • Deliver capacity-building workshops within groups based on needs, abilities, and interests.
  • Promote the group and recruit new members.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as agreed with the Groups Coordinator to ensure that targets are achieved in a timely manner.
  • Maintain client records in accordance with procedures.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Fluency in Karen (spoken, reading, writing).
  • Ability to plan and deliver programs of activity successfully and within budget.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining community groups.
  • Competent IT user in MS Office programs.
  • Excellent time management skills.
