Senior Medical Equipment Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Bundamba, Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical service and support to our customers, ensuring that all equipment is maintained and repaired in accordance with industry standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance activities, including preventative and corrective maintenance, on patient monitoring, defibrillators, ventilators, anaesthesia systems, and electrosurgery systems.
- Conduct inspections of technical and non-technical nature, identifying and resolving any issues or defects.
- Provide engineering support to our customer, including training and troubleshooting.
- Manage shipments, track and record shipment details, and proactively follow up with sub-suppliers on order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Philips and third-party suppliers to ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner, with all necessary documentation and in compliance with contractual agreements.
Requirements:
- A degree-level education or equivalent experience in Biomedical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or experience as an Engineer in the Australian Defense Force specializing in Communications Electronics, RADAR, Instrumentation, or Avionics.
- Experience in customer-facing service engineering background within the medical equipment industry would be ideal.
- Proficiency in using order management and logistics software and knowledge of supply chain processes and delivery schedules is highly advantageous.
- Strong IT skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- To be successful, you will be required to hold a full AU drivers license and be an Australian citizen. Police checks and Military clearance check will be required.
