Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Business Partner. This role will play a key part in driving organisational change initiatives and providing strategic HR advice to our leaders.

  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to our people leaders, helping them navigate complex employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.
  • Manage the annual performance review cycle, ensuring that all employees receive regular feedback and coaching.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including employees, managers and external partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong focus on employee relations and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
