**About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting chance to join their administration team as a key support professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, operational support, and contributing to quality management.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Administration activities and assistance as part of a core team.
  • Operational administration and application of processes and procedures.
  • Input into quality management.
  • Creation and management of records.
  • Document preparation and review.
  • Managing highly confidential information.
  • Administration assistance to selected personnel (including email and calendar monitoring and management).

**Requirements:*

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Professional, warm, and enthusiastic outlook with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Document formatting experience is highly desirable.
  • Prior use of Adobe Acrobat, including manipulation of Adobe PDF documentation.
  • Proactive and capable of anticipating workloads.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is an advantage, but not critical.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Capable of working in a busy and demanding environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Resilient, respectful, and takes initiative.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and be flexible to achieve clients' expectations.
  • Keen attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills a must.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
